a. Marketing & Client Services: Leads Edge provides digital marketing services and lead generation tools aimed at helping businesses grow through targeted client acquisition strategies.
b. Access and Accounts: Some Services may require registration. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account secure and updated.
3. User Obligations
By using our Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You will not use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations of the UAE and any other relevant jurisdiction from which you access the Services.
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
a. Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
b. Recurring Billing: If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.
c. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid term.
d. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, code, and software—is the property of Leads Edge LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
6. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (such as comments, reviews, or suggestions), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute that content in any form or media.
7. Reviews and Comments
When leaving reviews or feedback, you agree to be honest and respectful. We do not allow offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
8. SMS Text Messaging
a. Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Leads Edge LLC, such as appointment reminders.
b. Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" at any time to unsubscribe.
c. Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
9. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to update or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice. While we aim for uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee the Services will always be available or error-free.
10. Termination of Use
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, the courts of the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "AS IS." We make no guarantees regarding results, uptime, or content accuracy. In no case shall Leads Edge LLC be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leads Edge LLC and its team from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services.

15. Compliance with Local Regulations

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of applicable UAE law.
